Location: the hotel was right by a good restaurant next door, all major attractions and lovely centre and shops. I tried some drinks at gastropub Le Bistrot de Flandre, located 5 minutes walk away.

We had the last available room in the city and it was at Les Beaux Arts. the triple room with a spiral staircase and mezzanine was perfect for our family. the room had tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and a comfortable bed. Despite being on a busy corner, we weren't disturbed by traffic noise. The hotel's location by the river was picturesque, and there was a good restaurant next door. Cons: Not one thing 😊.
